Terms of service.
These terms are a placeholder pending review. Replace them with terms prepared for FNN Fitness before launch.
Memberships
Memberships run week to week with no lock in contract. Founding member rates are held for as long as the membership remains active without cancellation. Memberships may be suspended for up to four weeks per year with notice.
Class bookings
Classes are booked on a first come basis. Please cancel at least four hours before the session so the spot can be released to another member.
Online orders
All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST. Orders are dispatched within two business days. Unworn merch with tags attached may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Health and safety
Members train at their own risk and are responsible for disclosing any medical condition that may affect their training. Speak to a coach before starting if you are unsure.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
